Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program.
• Current RN license to practice in TN.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Charge nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan staff assignments and supervise shift activities.
• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient outcomes.
• Make nursing rounds and referrals to other services.
• Coordinate with manager and educator for onboarding.
• Document nursing care and ensure accuracy in medical records.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve operational issues.
