Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) for our Mesquite, Dallas area. You will work under an amazing DON and with ADONs and clinical staff to provide compassionate resident care.

You’ll confer with the Medical Director and attending physician, help plan nursing services, and document evaluations and care plans for residents. The role emphasizes teamwork, professional growth, and delivering high-quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers - you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
