Job summary

Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our care team at Grapevine Medical Lodge in Grapevine, TX. You will work closely with the Medical Director and nursing leadership to deliver compassionate resident care and support clinical operations.

This on-site role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing professional growth under experienced DON and ADONs, and a commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LPN/LVN license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician regarding resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services for residents.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records to distinguish normal vs. abnormal findings to recognize early problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

What You’ll be Doing
