Atlas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a compassionate Charge Nurse to provide clinical leadership and ensure high-quality resident care. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate daily operations, administer medications and treatments, and maintain compliance with facility regulations.

The ideal candidate has an active RN or LPN license, prior supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing, and strong leadership and communication skills. CPR certification is required.

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Mentor, coach, and educate nursing staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and promote a positive team environment.

Charge Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and experienced Charge Nurse to provide clinical leadership and ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care. The Charge Nurse is responsible for supervising nursing staff, coordinating daily operations, administering medications and treatments, and maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
