Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing (Iowa).
• CPR certification current and valid.
• Completion of State-approved LPN Supervisory Course or ability to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical status and contribute to care plans.
• Deliver and oversee nursing care, including wound care and IV therapy (as allowed).
• Administer medications and document accurately and timely.
• Lead on unit, coordinating care with physicians, leadership, residents, and families.
