Job summary

Hireology is seeking a Charge Nurse – LVN or RN to lead care teams and ensure resident well-being in a busy setting. The role requires trustworthiness, consistent attendance, and the ability to multitask while delivering high-quality care.

You will direct care teams, administer medications, implement care plans, document assessments, and collaborate with staff during shift reports. RN or LVN license in good standing is preferred; strong communication and safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LVN in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to organize workflows.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care Teams: guide Nurse Aides to ensure resident care.
• Administer Medications safely as prescribed.
• Implement Care Plans in line with policies and orders.
• Deliver Treatments to maintain resident health and comfort.
• Transcribe Physician Orders accurately and promptly.
• Document resident care and complete nursing assessments.
• Participate in shift reports to ensure continuity of care.
• Educate staff on nursing policies and resident needs.
• Maintain safety standards and infection-control practices.
• Address staffing needs by arranging replacements when needed.
