Qualifications

• RN or LVN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care Teams: guide Nurse Aides to ensure resident care.
• Administer Medications safely as prescribed.
• Implement Care Plans in line with policies and orders.
• Perform Treatments to maintain resident health.
• Transcribe Orders accurately and promptly.
• Document Resident Care in charts and assessments.
• Participate in Shift Reports for continuity.
• Educate Staff on nursing policies and procedures.
• Maintain Safety Standards and infection control.
• Address Staffing Needs and arrange replacements as needed.
