Hireology is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse – LVN or RN to join our team and lead care for residents. You will supervise care aides, administer medications, and implement care plans while documenting assessments and participating in shift reports.

Formación

• RN or LVN in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Able to respond quickly to emergencies and maintain accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Care Teams: guide Nurse Aides to ensure resident care.
• Administer Medications: safely administer prescribed meds.
• Implement Care Plans: execute plans per policies and orders.
• Perform Treatments: deliver treatments as required.
• Transcribe Orders: accurately transcribe physician orders.
• Document Resident Care: keep charts and assessments up to date.
• Collaborate During Shift Reports: ensure care continuity.
• Educate Support Staff: train staff on nursing procedures.
• Maintain Safety Standards: follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Address Staffing Needs: arrange for replacements when needed.
