Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency reading, writing, speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Directs the day-to-day nursing activities of the Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the facility.
• Administers medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards of practice.
• Represents the nursing department during Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings and communicates plan of care and delivery of services.
• Supervises CNAs and conducts performance evaluations, ensuring adherence to policies and improving performance.
