Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in long-term care or hospital settings preferred.
• EMR proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day nursing activities per facility guidelines.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Represents the nursing department in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings.
• Supervises CNAs and provides staff development and coaching.
• Ensures quality assurance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
