Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs the day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs in accordance with facility standards and regulations.
• Assists in coordinating nursing services to ensure continuity of resident care.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders and nursing standards.
• Represents the nursing department during Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings and communicates plan of care to residents and families.
• Supervises CNAs, interviews and orients new staff, and ensures adherence to policies.
