Qualifications

• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day nursing activities of CNAs.
• Administers medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Coordinates resident care and participates in interdisciplinary care planning.
• Communicates changes in resident condition to physicians and families.
• Ensures compliance with facility policies, safety, and quality standards.
• Attends meetings and provides staff guidance and supervision.
