Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking a Charge Nurse for Parkwood in the Pines in LUFKIN, TX. The role focuses on leading nursing services and ensuring high-quality resident care under the guidance of the DON and ADON.

You will confer with Medical Director and attending physician on resident care, plan nursing services, and support career growth for team members while maintaining accurate records and timely documentation.

Competenze

• Must have a current nursing license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

Mansioni

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician on residents assigned to you.
• Assisting the DON in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
