College Park Rehabilitation and Care Center seeks a motivated Charge Nurse to join a supportive team under the guidance of a DON and ADON. You will work with the Medical Director and physicians to plan and deliver nursing services for residents, while mentoring staff and advancing care quality.

Qualifications

• Must have a current nursing license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Lead and support nursing staff to deliver high-quality resident care.
• Collaborate with medical directors and physicians regarding resident care plans.

Responsibilities

• Conferring with the Medical Director and attending physician regarding residents.
• Assisting the Director of Nursing in planning and developing nursing services.
• Helping team members grow their careers and develop professionally.
• Examining residents and charts to identify early signs of serious issues.
• Performing administrative duties for assigned residents, including forms and charting.

Education

Licensed RN in good standing with the State Board of Nursing
