Priority Management is seeking a motivated Charge Nurse for College Park Rehabilitation and Care Center in Weatherford, TX. You’ll lead nursing services, mentor staff, and collaborate with the DON, ADON, and clinical team to deliver compassionate resident care.

You’ll evaluate residents, participate in care planning, and ensure accurate charting while maintaining regulatory compliance. This role offers growth opportunities and a strong team environment in a state-of-the-art facility.

Competenze

• Must have a current nursing licence in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.
