Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Meet state or provincial health related requirements.
• Maintain current professional license if LPN/LVN.
• Maintain current CPR certification if LPN/LVN.
• Maintain any other certifications as required by state or provincial regulations.

Responsibilities

• Administer or assist residents with medications and treatments.
• Measure vital signs and weight.
• Document notes in Nursing Notes and resident charts.
• Communicate with physicians by phone, fax, and forms.
• Ensure physician orders, lab results, and data are filed.
• Supervise Personal Care Specialists to ensure duties completed.
• Assist in development and revision of service plans.
• Participate in onboarding, training, and team meetings.
