Job summary

Cavalier Healthcare seeks a Charge Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care aligned with physician orders and individualized care plans. You will provide clinical leadership to licensed nurses, CNAs, and other staff to ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating admissions and discharges, maintaining documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance while promoting resident rights and dignity in a fast-paced facility setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Arkansas.
• Experience supervising nursing staff and coordinating care.
• Knowledge of CMS regulations and HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by physicians and care plans.
• Assess residents and document findings in medical records.
• Monitor resident conditions and adjust care per orders and policies.
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, discharges, and readmissions for continuity of care.
• Lead and supervise licensed nurses, CNAs, and other staff to ensure safe care.
