Devine-Health- is seeking a Charge Nurse – LVN or RN to lead quality care and support resident well-being. This role requires reliable attendance, strong clinical skills, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic residential healthcare setting.

As a Charge Nurse, you will direct care teams, administer medications, implement care plans, and document care and assessments. You will also lead shift reports, educate staff, and maintain infection control and safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN or LVN license in good standing.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to lead care teams and coordinate workflows.
• Reliable attendance and multitasking in a clinical setting.

Aufgaben

• Direct care teams to ensure resident safety and quality care.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Implement and monitor care plans per policies.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately.
• Document resident care and nursing assessments.
• Participate in shift reports for care continuity.
• Educate staff on nursing policies and procedures.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Address staffing needs and arrange replacements as needed.
