Role: Telemetry Charge Nurse (RN) responsible for leading and coordinating care in a 31-bed cardiac telemetry unit.

• Key Duties: Facilitate care transitions, develop and implement complex individualized care plans, and promote evidence-based practices. Lead clinical assessments, collaborate with the interprofessional team, and improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
• Leadership & Development: Act as a clinical resource, evaluate practice standards, and support professional growth through participation in practice change, community engagement, and educational activities.
• Qualifications: Valid RN license, 2+ years of RN experience, with preferred Bachelor's degree and 5-10 years of experience. Must have a strong clinical background, leadership ability, and commitment to safe patient care in a safety-sensitive role.
