Round Table Medical Consultants Llc seeks a Detail-oriented Charge Entry Specialist to manage data entry, scanning, and mail services. You will handle high volumes of data, detect and correct errors, and maintain accuracy in a health information environment. Strong Excel and Windows skills are required, with minimum 3+ years in data entry.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D.
• Minimum 3+ years of data entry experience.
• Knowledge of practice management software is desired.
• Familiarity with Windows PC applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to learn new computer systems and applications.
• Experience handling mail and office supplies preferred.
• Type 45-60 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Enter data into a health information system as a core function.
• Process and prep all written documents to be mailed.
• Track daily work (mail, scanning, letters) via weekly log.
• Perform clerical tasks in data processing and mailing functions.
• Meet performance goals in efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager.
