Zusammenfassung

The Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC) seeks a Coordinator of Chapters to provide day-to-day support to 60+ local chapters representing over 47,000 in-house counsel worldwide. You will manage communications, events, and chapter resources to strengthen the chapter network.

Ideal candidates have an Associate Degree and 1 year of volunteer experience, with strong MS Office, CMS, and written/oral communication skills to operate in a fast-paced, hybrid-remote office in downtown Washington, DC.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree required.
• 1 year volunteer experience in an association or similar environment.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and website CMS.
• Ability to multitask and work across teams.

Aufgaben

• Track chapter activities and prepare reports.
• Serve as initial contact for chapter leaders via inbox and calls.
• Update chapter websites and content in collaboration with chapters.
• Coordinate bi-weekly volunteer leader newsletter.
• Oversee chapter email lists and online forums.
• Support meetings and trainings for chapters.
• Create member surveys and generate customized reports.
• Conduct orientation training for new chapter admins.
• Moderate discussions and present resources during trainings.
• Coordinate newsletter production and proofreading.
• Identify ways to enhance ACC's support to chapters.
• Maintain knowledge of ACC's mission and services.
