• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and deadline driven.
• Demonstrates ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support national and Chapter events with strategic direction and reporting.
• Plan, design, and coordinate event logistics from start to finish.
• Meet with clients, coordinate food, entertainment, staff and cleanup.
• Maintain event best practices and share learnings across teams.
• Lead national event calendar and coordinate updates across stakeholders.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via email and phone.
