Qualifications

• Ability to explain technical details to non-technical donors and applicants.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with donor management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of scholarship inquiries by phone and email.
• Serve as first contact for programs, eligibility, and awarding process.
• Log inquiries in Elevate or Zengine and track communications.
• Maintain applicant and scholar records and assist with documentation.
• Adhere to scholarship deadlines and assist with reporting.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and other duties as assigned.
