Overview

• Candidate must have significant restructuring experience, including Chapter 11 cases, representing debtors, creditors, and official committees of unsecured creditors in all aspects of corporate restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings.
• Requires substantial experience with bankruptcy court practice, including drafting and arguing motions, participating in court hearings, and managing contested matters.
• The Dispute Resolution & Restructuring Department possesses deep expertise in Chapter 11 reorganizations, out-of-court workouts, catastrophic corporate loss, mass tort, liquidations, fixed charge and administrative receiverships, restructured credits and securitizations, security enforcement actions, corporate investigations, and a wide array of insolvency-related litigation.
