Qualifications

• 3–5 years of bankruptcy or restructuring experience at a law firm.
• Experience handling Chapter 11 matters and bankruptcy court proceedings.
• J.D.; admitted to NY Bar or MA Bar; strong writing and advocacy.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in complex Chapter 11 reorganizations and related insolvency proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Participate in court appearances, hearings, negotiations, and case strategy.
• Advise clients on restructuring alternatives and distressed transactions.
• Manage multiple matters with collaboration across practice groups.
• Conduct legal research and prepare strategic recommendations for clients.
