What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage partner relationships by building and nurturing strong, long-term connections within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute a strategic channel sales plan tailored to market needs
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners to drive growth
- Provide ongoing sales training and resources to partner teams
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint sales plans and conduct quarterly business reviews
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of channel management experience with Security and/or IT VAR reseller partners
- Proven channel sales success (recognition such as President's Club)
- Ability to develop relationships and engage with partners at all levels
- Fluency in Salesforce, Excel, and other business software
- Bachelor's degree
