What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and nurture strong, long-term partner relationships within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute a strategic channel sales plan tailored to market needs
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners to drive growth
- Provide sales training and resources to partner teams for effective product selling
- Collaborate with partners to develop joint sales plans and track performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of channel management experience with Security and/or IT VAR reseller partners
- Proven channel sales success, such as President's Club recognition
- Ability to develop relationships with partners at all levels, from sales to C-suite
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and other business software
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to partners/events
