What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners within the assigned territory
- Develop and execute a strategic channel sales plan that aligns with market needs
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners to expand market reach
- Provide ongoing sales training and resources to partner teams for effective product sales
- Conduct quarterly business reviews to assess partner performance and refine sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of channel management experience with Security and/or IT VAR reseller partners
- Proven track record of channel sales success, such as recognition in a President's Club
- Strong relationship-building skills to engage with partners at all levels
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, and other business software
- Bachelor's degree
