Paychex is seeking a sales professional to educate and consult with America's businesses, expanding revenue through strategic channel partnerships and end-user sales. You will manage accounts, leads, and opportunities in Salesforce, forecast activity, and collaborate with accountants, banks, and Paychex clients to secure referrals and growth.

You will travel as needed for partner visits, training, and area meetings, while upholding Paychex values and completing onboarding training to contribute

Responsibilities

• Achieve unit and revenue expectations.
• Create, manage, and advance accounts, leads, and opportunities in company’s CRM system (Salesforce) and provide accurate sales activity and forecasts.
• Collaborate with key referral sources to educate, consult and secure referrals to end user sales.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with channel accounts via calls, emails, and marketing programs.
• Leverage Go-to-Market strategy to identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to decision makers.
