Job summary

Fujifilm is seeking a senior channel sales professional to drive revenue through channel partners across a national remote footprint. You will develop and execute territory plans, co-create strategic business plans with partners, and monitor performance across KPIs and forecasts.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in sales for printing/offices, strong experience with CRM/ERP, and proven ability to lead remote teams, train partners, and grow partner coverage while ensuring customer success.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of prior sales experience in Printing device/Office Products and related software with copier dealers.
• Ability to manage sales pipeline and forecast product sales accurately.
• Strong knowledge of market conditions within targeted segments and experience with forecasting and pipelines (CRM/ERP).
• Excellent sales, presentation, and negotiation skills; capable of influencing remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop a sales plan with channel partners to achieve revenue goals.
• Co-develop annual/quarterly business plans with partners and conduct quarterly business reviews.
• Review territory KPIs and financial performance weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
• Manage monthly forecasts for 30/60/90/120 days and measure forecast accuracy by partner/product.
• Update CRM reports, visits, events, trainings, pipeline and forecast.
• Identify market opportunities and create channel coverage plans to grow Fujifilm's partner network.
• Build and maintain relationships with key partner contacts to maximize business.
• Drive and track sales opportunities and collaborate with partners on quarterly forecasts.
