Job summary

Hypertherm Associates seeks a Distribution Sales Manager to grow a network of distributors across the Mid-Atlantic US, promoting Hypertherm plasma systems, consumables, and parts. The role focuses on channel expansion, training, and achieving sales targets through distributor partnerships.

The DSM will travel up to 70% (home-based) and use Microsoft Dynamics 365 to manage relationships, forecast sales, and track territory performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 yrs Industrial sales experience.
• Experience in B2B environment and identifying sales opportunities.
• Proven CRM usage, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, for managing relationships and activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand channel partner relationships to maximize regional coverage.
• Create annual business and territory plans with distributors to achieve sales goals.
• Lead new product launch initiatives and promote existing products using sales tools.
• Use CRM to manage distributor and end‑user relationships, maintain opportunity data, and provide forecasts.
