Location: Remote, U.S.-based (with occasional international travel to exhibitions)

Salary: $100,000–$120,000 base salary + Commission (5% up to €700,000 and 8% thereafter + performance bonus – 10%, roughly up to 50% OTE)

With a strong presence across the U.S. markets, the company is expanding its channel sales team and is hiring a Channel Sales Manager focused on growing broadcast-focused partnerships in North America.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Channel Sales Manager to drive partner growth and revenue through strategic channel relationships. This role will be responsible for expanding the company’s market footprint across the U.S., with a focus on broadcast technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
  2. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with partners to support their success.
  3. Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue through channel partners.
  4. Collaborate with partners on go-to-market plans and sales initiatives.
  5. Expand the partner ecosystem to scale business opportunities.
  6. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  7. Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to optimize the partner experience.
  9. Track, report, and support partner performance to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience selling through channels in the US broadcast markets.
  • At least 5 years total in sales or channel sales, with a strong performance history.
  • Deep understanding of the broadcast and media technology landscape.
  • Understanding Systems Integrators and the market around them.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and grow channel networks.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution.
