Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 7–10+ years in marketing-related roles with multi-channel selling
• Experience with sales enablement and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical, organizational, and PM skills; able to travel 25%+

Responsibilities

• Drive channel strategy and programs with PM, Sales, and Marketing.
• Manage MDF spend and annual budgets linked to growth.
• Negotiate and implement distribution agreements and pricing.
• Plan and track channel marketing initiatives with teams.
• Convert IL opportunities into sales resources and launch PRM.
