Emerson, a global technology leader, seeks a Channel Program Specialist for its Fluid and Motion Control division to support and manage the distributor network, driving program efficiency and alignment with company goals.

About 75% of the role is administrative and analytical, with 25% external work alongside sales and distributor leadership to drive growth programs. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in related roles are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in program coordination, distributor administration, or a related role.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with distributors.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM systems).
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate distributor programs: inventory, rebates, price management, Co-Op funding, and training certification.
• Provide distributors with resources and tools to support growth and align with company objectives.
• Maintain onboarding checklists, templates, policies and procedures in the distributor portal.
• Serve as distributor contact for marketing support including digital content and logos.
• Maintain MAP process, online tools, KPIs, templates, and regional MAP sessions.
• Support planning and facilitation of distributor meetings and communications.
• Develop and distribute PowerPoint templates for channel communications across SBUs.
• Assist pricing communications and discount schedule changes for distribution.
• Maintain central repository for channel program discount schedules and price lists.
• Share distributor insights to improve program effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance distributor engagement.
• Recommend best practices to improve program outcomes.
