Job summary

WithCoverage, a New York-based insurtech, is seeking a Channel Partnerships Lead to build a new growth channel from scratch. You’ll identify, engage, and win partner firms whose clients overlap with ours, from accounting and payroll to executive advisory services, delivering a measurable pipeline.

You’ll own the end-to-end process, establish SOPs, enablement materials, and partner-facing events, and work with leadership to scale the channel while maintaining high trust with partners.

Qualifications

• 5–12 years of experience in Sales, BD, or GTM, with 3+ years in partnerships.
• Startup experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent organizational and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage hundreds of relationships in parallel.
