Job summary

Encompass Digital Media is seeking a Manager, Channel Operations in Atlanta, GA to lead the Multi-Channel Department and align with upper management on key initiatives. You will supervise staff, maintain SOPs, and drive process improvements across channels to support client content delivery.

The role emphasizes partnering with leadership, scaling operations, and overseeing customer support and performance reporting to optimize business outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA in Business Administration or relevant field required.
• Experience partnering with others to develop and execute strategies and measure results.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding communication and people skills (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of industry rules and guidelines.
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
• Familiarity with MS Office and various business software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, determine project priorities, and lead integration of new systems and technologies.
• Maintain and update standard operating procedures for new processes and designs workflows and systems documentation.
• Evaluate actual results against expected performance and communicate areas for improvement.
• Provide a meaningful and informational summary of performance results to upper management.
• Partner with Vice President to determine activities, strategic goals and future direction of operations through regular communications with leaders and employees.
• Oversee customer support processes and lead efforts to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Oversee iTracker reports and occasional client relations initiatives.
