Job summary

Crisp is hiring a Paid Media Operations Lead in Atlanta to own the execution engine behind our client campaigns. You will manage a large portfolio across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more, while guiding an offshore team and ensuring campaigns are built, launched, optimized, and audited with precision.

In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll balance team management with direct account work, drive process improvements, and collaborate with Client Success and Marketing to raise campaign

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Google Analytics.
• Experience managing 100+ accounts in an agency, ad ops, or in-house environment.
• Prior leadership experience—led a team and developed people.
• Proven, results-driven track record with real data to back it up.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize backend campaign execution across multiple platforms.
• Lead an offshore team of paid media specialists.
• Bridge between Client Success and Marketing to improve performance.
• Own error rate, spend, and impression performance across the book of business.
• Manage multiple projects across a large volume of accounts.
• Coach and grow team members and scale the team.
• Leverage agentic AI tooling to expand capacity and accuracy.
• Partner with Client Success and Marketing to raise campaign quality.
