Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Channel Operations Analyst I in Exton, PA to process chargeback transactions, validate data, and help reconcile open deductions for accounts receivable. The role emphasizes data controls, issue discussion, and documentation within a hybrid work environment.

You will support multiple teams and manage inquiries, with a focus on payment accuracy for specialty pharmacies, GPOs, and government programs. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with business experience considered.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Identify ineligible chargeback transactions and reconcile with wholesalers.
• Complete contract system work including setup, membership management and communications.
• Perform trending and variance analysis for membership compliance and payment accuracy.
• Support Government Pricing, Planning & Analysis, and Finance with data and analyses.
• Assist A/R in reconciling chargeback deductions and collections.
• Manage daily email submissions with detailed follow-up and analysis.
