Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Channel Operations Analyst I to process chargeback transactions, ensure payment accuracy, and reconcile open deductions in a hybrid Exton, PA environment.
You will identify ineligible chargebacks, coordinate with wholesalers for disputes, manage contract setup, and perform trending and variance analyses to support compliance and government pricing across specialty pharmacies, GPOs, VA, and 340B programs.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (2+ years), strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Healthcare industry knowledge, experience with Flex and/or SAP systems.
Focus on pharmaceutical rebate and chargeback processes, supporting specialty pharmacy and government programs, within a hybrid work environment at Exton, PA.
