Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sr Solution Analyst to serve as the strategic technology advisor for Channel Marketing, Promotion Management, and Customer Planning. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable technology solutions and a multi-year roadmap that optimizes trade promotion and commercial execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree with 4–6+ years delivering enterprise technology solutions for Sales/Marketing/Trade Promotion Management.
• Proven experience leading complex cross‑functional business transformation initiatives.
• Strong experience partnering with senior leaders to define strategy, prioritize investments, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic technology advisor for channel marketing, promotion management, and customer planning capabilities.
• Develop and maintain a multi‑year technology roadmap supporting trade promotion management and commercial execution.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions with solution architects and delivery teams.
• Drive governance and prioritization of technology investments to enable profitable growth.
• Leverage AI, analytics, and automation to improve forecasting, planning, and decision making.
