Job summary

Hornetsecurity is seeking a Channel Marketing Manager to drive partner and distributor marketing in the United States. Based in our Washington, D.C.

office, you will engage, enable, and grow our reseller and distribution network, bringing our cybersecurity, compliance, and backup portfolio to more customers through the channel. You will lead US channel campaigns, partner enablement kits, and joint go-to-market initiatives, translating global branding and product priorities into a regional plan.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 5+ years in a B2B marketing role.
  • Experience in US market and channel/partner marketing.
  • Direct channel/partner marketing experience is required.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to US distributors and channel partners.
  • Design and run co-branded campaigns and joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Own the US marketing roadmap and translate global strategy for the US market.
  • Plan and execute field marketing programs, events, and partner conferences.
  • Build and maintain partner co-op programs with assets and funding.

Job description

We’re looking for a Channel Marketing Manager to support our partner and distributor marketing efforts across the United States. Based in our Washington, D.C. office, you’ll be the driving force behind how we engage, enable, and grow our network of resellers and distribution partners, helping bring our cybersecurity, compliance, and backup portfolio to more customers through the channel.

Your Job
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison to our US distributors and channel partners, building strong working relationships that translate into measurable business results.
  • Design and run co-branded campaigns, partner enablement kits, and joint go-to-market initiatives that equip our channel network to sell our solutions more effectively.
  • Own the US marketing roadmap end-to-end,translating global brand strategy and product priorities into a regional plan tailored to the American market and our partner ecosystem.
  • Plan and execute field marketing programs, including partner conferences, industry trade shows, and regional events that put our brand and our partners in front of the right audiences.
  • Build andmaintainpartner co-op marketing programs, ensuring distributors have the assets, funding, and support they need to run successful local campaigns.
  • Partner with sales leadership, product marketing, and external agencies to coordinate product launches, brand initiatives, and demandgeneration activity across the region.
  • Monitor campaign performance and partner engagement metrics, turning data into recommendations that sharpen future channel strategy.
  • Oversee the regional marketing budget, with a focus on maximizing return from partner anddistributorco-marketing investments.
Your Profile
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketingor a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in a B2B marketing role, with a solid grasp of the full marketing mix.
  • Proven marketing experience within the US market, with real familiarity with how business gets done here.
  • Direct experience in channel or partner marketing-youknow how to work through distributors, not just direct to customers.
  • A bias toward action: you move fast, take initiative, anddon’twait around for direction.
  • Strong collaboration skills-you thrive working alongside cross‑functional teams, sales, and external agency partners.
  • Genuine curiosity about emerging technologies and a strong interest in the IT security space.
  • Willingness to work on‑site full‑time from our Washington, D.C.office.
