Honeywell seeks a Sr. Channel Marketing Specialist in Charlotte, NC, to drive channel partner programs and demand generation efforts. You will coordinate with Sales, Product Marketing, and channel partners to align initiatives with growth goals and optimize ROI.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across MDF, partner enablement, and data-driven marketing. Strong collaboration, CRM/PRM experience, and a track record in B2B channel marketing are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
• 3+ years in channel/partner marketing or demand generation.
• Experience with PRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute annual and quarterly channel marketing plans.
• Create partner-specific strategies to support market expansion and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and Product Marketing to align initiatives.
• Design integrated demand generation campaigns (email, webinars, social, paid media).
• Develop co-branded assets, campaign toolkits, and partner training resources.
• Manage partner communications, onboarding, and partner portal content.
• Oversee MDF programs, budgets, proposals, and ROI tracking.
• Plan partner conferences, trade shows, and joint marketing events.
• Measure pipeline contribution, revenue impact, and campaign performance.
• Create dashboards and reports to communicate results and optimization opportunities.
• Leverage CRM/PRM and marketing automation to improve partner engagement.
