Job summary

PIMCO is seeking a Channel Marketing Associate to join the U.S. Global Wealth Management Marketing team in Newport Beach. You will leverage data, automation, and AI to enhance client engagement, support growth, and improve marketing effectiveness across multi-channel programs.

Collaborating with Digital, Events, Content, Analytics, and Sales, you will drive segmentation, targeted campaigns, and integrated programs that deliver measurable impact for advisors and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-3 years of asset management, wealth management, financial services, or related marketing roles preferred.
• Experience supporting integrated marketing programs across digital, content, events, paid media, and sales enablement channels.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of integrated, multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business and firmwide growth objectives.
• Assist in the execution of marketing plans and campaigns that support key client segments and distribution priorities.
• Support audience targeting and segmentation efforts, leveraging insights and analytics to enhance personalization, improve engagement, and optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Contribute to the development and activation of integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across the client lifecycle.
• Collaborate with sales teams, client-facing partners, and internal stakeholders to support marketing initiatives aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate with colleagues across Digital, Events, Content, Creative, Analytics, and other teams to support the execution of cross-functional marketing initiatives and deliver cohesive client experiences across channels.
• Support campaign and program measurement efforts, leveraging data, feedback, and insights to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a test-and-learn mindset, helping refine campaigns and programs based on performance data, client feedback, and market insights.
• Embrace and help implement innovative tools, technologies, and ways of working that enhance marketing effectiveness and scalability.
• Manage multiple projects and deliverables while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
• Support sales teams by helping ensure access to relevant, timely, and effective marketing resources.
• Ensure marketing activities comply with applicable regulatory requirements in partnership with Compliance.
