Crane ChemPharma & Energy seeks a Channel Manager to support its Channel BD Manager by developing strategies to strengthen distributor partnerships. You will work with Regional Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, and Customer Service to align product and competitive strategies, driving market share growth in assigned regions.

The role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and exceptional relationship-building with senior executives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong business acumen and ability to build business cases.
• Experience in distribution management and selling engineered products.
• Excellent interpersonal and senior-level communication.
• Willingness to travel, primarily within the US.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Aufgaben

• Develop market research and analysis for assigned markets and territories.
• Coordinate with Sales Engineers and Regional Sales Managers to meet annual strategic goals.
• Evaluate and present channel options to senior leadership and identify share gain opportunities.
• Collaborate with RSM, BLMs, and Channel BD Manager to interpret sales trends and define improvements.
• Develop short-term and long-term strategy and support implementation based on market trends and product performance.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on distributor performance to guide leadership.
• Unpack findings and share insights with Sales Team and Crane leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
