We work with private equity firms, digital health innovators, smart wearable platforms, and media/entertainment groups, helping them automate complex internal workflows with AI that actually does the work.

About the Role

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial Channel Development Partner to drive adoption of our platform across new verticals and customer segments. This is a full-cycle sales role : you’ll identify opportunities, lead outreach, close deals, and shape the go-to-market motion alongside the founding team.

You’ll operate as an independent contractor , fully commission-based, with clear performance-based pathways to equity participation .

What You'll Do
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and engage mid-market and enterprise prospects
  • Own the entire sales cycle, from outbound lead generation to contract close
  • Tailor outreach and messaging across verticals like SaaS, healthcare, manufacturing, and finance
  • Deliver high-value demos and proposals that clearly communicate business impact
  • Collaborate with founders to refine positioning, use cases, and sales materials
  • Operate independently and manage your own tools, pipeline, and schedule
Ideal Profile

You're a self-driven sales pro who:

  • Has 3–7 years of B2B SaaS or tech sales experience , ideally in AI, automation, or infrastructure
  • Has closed $50K–$300K+ ACV deals with mid-market or enterprise buyers
  • Thrives in ambiguous, full-cycle environments where you own everything from lead gen to close
  • Knows how to sell to both technical and business stakeholders , from CTOs to COOs
  • Is excited to sell AI that actually executes work , not just chatbots or dashboards
  • Wants equity and real upside , not just a capped paycheck or micromanaged quota
  • Understand the AI/LLM wave and can communicate its value to skeptics and innovators alike
Compensation

This is a commission-only contractor role (no base salary), with a highly competitive earnings structure:

  • 15%–20% uncapped commission on revenue from closed deals
  • Performance-based equity opportunities after your first revenue milestone
  • Full flexibility, set your own hours, tools, and strategy
