Polaris Inc. is seeking a Channel Development Analyst to support the dealer network by analyzing data, developing insights, and delivering reporting for informed decisions.

You will partner with Channel Development, Sales, and Operations to monitor KPIs, improve reporting tools, and support business initiatives across the organization. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis, operations, analytics, reporting, or a related field.
• Experience developing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI and business intelligence or reporting tools.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Travel may be required, up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business, financial, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across the dealer network.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and performance metrics that support business objectives and decision making.
• Support cross-functional initiatives by gathering data, monitoring progress, and providing analytical insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct research and root cause analysis to identify business challenges and recommend practical solutions.
• Measure and evaluate program performance and business outcomes to support continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist with the development, implementation, and enhancement of dealer tools, resources, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and successful execution of business initiatives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries that communicate findings, recommendations, and key business insights to stakeholders.
