About the Role

MarketStar is hiring a Channel Account Manager to represent a leading tech company. You will increase reseller awareness and promote our client’s products and solutions, cultivating positive relationships to enhance brand presence.

Location:

NJ-Remote (Cherry Hill area)

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive product awareness among reseller account managers.
  2. Understand and communicate the client's value proposition effectively.
  3. Align with sales teams to generate demand, qualify leads, and set appointments.
  4. Build influential relationships with DMR contacts, including sales and support staff.
  5. Support frontline sales activities, including answering questions and supporting sales calls.
  6. Manage opportunity/revenue pipelines and assist in uncovering and closing new opportunities.
  7. Follow up on quotes, provide pricing, and support business planning.
  8. Develop training content and educate representatives on products, programs, and promotions.
  9. Organize events such as reseller floor days, promotions, and lunch & learns.
Qualifications:
  • Experience selling or educating others on technical products or solutions.
  • Experience working in a reseller environment.
  • Experience in segments like Enterprise, SMB, Healthcare, or Education is preferred.
  • Strong presentation and training skills to engage audiences.
  • Proven sales skills with the ability to meet quotas.
