An established industry player is seeking a Health Plan Account Manager to drive growth and maintain client relationships within the healthcare sector. This role focuses on managing day-to-day service requirements and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background in healthcare and demonstrate proficiency in problem resolution and customer service. The Health Plan Account Manager will retain and grow a book of business by managing day-to-day service requirements within the designated health plan customer segment and/or region, including management of a national health plan. A sales and account management background in medical insurance coverage or experience with managing health plans is preferred.
This is a national account-focused sales role with remote options available for candidates located in Quest Business Centers.
Bachelor’s Degree required.
