As a Sr. Associate, Change Readiness & Enablement supporting Digital Health & Connectivity, you will produce and maintain the training content and enablement assets behind Alcon’s Adi learning framework — turning each product release and process change into ready-to-use materials for our field teams and our internal Adi Commercial Enablement (ACE) teams.
Reporting to the Manager, Change Readiness & Enablement, you will build eLearning modules, digital adoption flows, and job aids on a six-week release cadence, support live training delivery, maintain the team’s Confluence content library as the single source of truth, and route operational communications through approval before they reach reps and customers.
You will work within the content and production standards the Manager sets, escalating scope and content questions rather than resolving them independently. This is a hands‑on production role for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and energized by making complex product change simple to learn.
