Location - Midtown Manhattan / 4x week onsite

Role Overview

Our Investment Management Division is looking for an experienced Change Manager to join the Office of the COO Strategic Programs and Change Management team within the Private Markets division.

Key Responsibilities

1. Change Strategy Development: Design a change management strategy aligned with transformation goals, ensuring smooth transitions across people, processes, and systems.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders across the Office of the COO, business units, technology, and front-office leadership to understand impacts and secure buy-in.
3. Impact Assessment & Readiness: Lead assessments to identify risks and barriers to adoption.
4. Change Delivery & Execution: Plan and implement change initiatives, including communication, training, and leadership engagement.
5. Integration with Project Delivery: Coordinate with project teams to embed change activities into broader plans.
6. Metrics & Reporting: Define success metrics, monitor progress, and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change management strategies for initiatives impacting private markets, asset management, or financial services.
• Knowledge of alternative asset management sectors (Real estate, Private Equity, Private Credit).
• Experience with large-scale, cross-functional initiatives, preferably within private markets or financial services.
• Understanding of front-to-back-office processes, operational and regulatory considerations.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Familiarity with industry frameworks like ADKAR or Prosci.
• Proven organizational and project management abilities.
